Data we collect

Depending on the form you use (brochure, event, appointment, corporate, e-Teacher, application, payment), we collect:

• your identity: first and last name;
• your contact details: email, phone or WhatsApp, country;
• your organization, job title and needs (corporate and e-Teacher requests);
• the program you are interested in and any message you send;
• application documents (CV, diplomas, requested documents) and proofs of bank transfer;
• the source of your visit (campaign parameters, referring site, landing page).

Bank card details are entered and processed directly by our payment provider; they are not stored by MUniversity.

Purposes

Your data is used to:

• answer your requests for information and guidance;
• organize your advisor appointments and event registrations;
• process applications and admissions;
• manage enrollments, payments and installments;
• create your access to the Collisium learning platform and send you your login details;
• issue certificates and enable their verification;
• measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Certificate verification

The public certificate verification page only displays strictly necessary information: the holder’s name, the program or title, the issue date, the certificate ID and its status.

The website uses a cookie to remember the source of your first visit (campaign parameters, referring site, landing page).
