Verify a certificate
Every MUniversity certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Enter the ID to confirm it was issued by MUniversity and is still valid.
Certificate ID
It is printed at the top left of the certificate (“Certificate no.”) and in the link under the QR code.
How to verify a certificate
Scan the QR code
The QR code printed on the certificate opens its verification page directly.
Or enter the ID
It starts with MU, followed by the year and a number: MU-2026-000123. Capitals, dashes and leading zeros are optional.
Check the status
“Verified”: the certificate is authentic and valid. “Revoked”: it has been withdrawn by MUniversity.
Information shown
To protect holders, the verification page only shows the name, the certificate title and the institution awarding it, the program or pathway, the issue date, the ID and the status. For a VAE diploma: the identity, the exact title, the issuing entity, the date, the ID and the status only. No other personal data is published.
